Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for students enrolled in our regular tutoring sessions. Please review it carefully to ensure a smooth and productive experience. 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% fee for the missed session, which will be added to the payment for your next scheduled session. 2. No-Show Policy If a student does not attend a session without prior notice, this will be considered a "no-show." A 50% fee for the missed session will apply and must be paid before the next session. 3. In-Person Tutoring Students attending sessions at the studio are expected to respect the property. Any property damage caused during a session will result in a charge for repairs or replacement. Students responsible for damage will also be banned from using the studio. 4. Online Tutoring Punctuality is essential to ensure effective learning. Students who join a session late will not be compensated for lost time due to the scheduling of other classes. 5. Agreement to Policy By enrolling in our tutoring services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
